Много добре разположен апартамент, в подножието на парк, тихо, уютно, и много близо до центъра. Чудесно вътрешно дворче (patio) с изглед към несравнимите Врачански скали.

липсваха удобства за хранене в апартамента. Навън има маса и столове, но през втората половина на октомври не е комфортно за сутрешното кафе. Липсва печка или котлон за елементарно подтопляне на храна. След душ, пода на банята се наводнява.
