The White Room

We liked the fact that it was just 300m from the Mt Iron trail and it was also a reasonable walking distance from town, about 15-20 minutes.

The place doesn't have a sink and all dishwashing needs to be done in the bathroom.

Everything was very nice. Very clean and tidy.

The bathroom basement seemed blocked.

Need a better cleaning

This is a gorgeous little place to stay in Wanaka. We really enjoyed being slightly out of the main town but it was still completely walkable for dinner and activities. We also enjoyed having the easy access to Mount Iron track. It's very nicely decorated and clearly well looked after. It was quiet and peaceful place to stay with easy parking right outside.

The only sink is in the bathroom which isn't a problem at all - just slightly trickier for prepping coffee etc but it's clear in the listing that there are only light food prep facilities.

Very clean, light, well decorated and comfortable. Lovely books and brochures.

Had to wash and dishes in the bathroom hand-basin. That was the only negative for this lovely unit.

A very clean, comfortable place to stay for two nights. The bathroom was spacious and modern and the bed was comfortable.

As we were warned in the notes left by the owners, you had to wait for ages for the hot water to warm up in the shower.
