It was in a nice neighbourhood, and within walking distance to a path up to Iron Mountain. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and in good working order.

There isn't a sink except in the bathroom. They provide a dishpan so we could do dishes but you have to fill it up from the bathroom so it's a bit awkward.

Very clean and well laid out. Note that no kitchen sink or cooking so only dry or packaged food.

Very clean, tidy, private and with great amenities. Hosts are lovely and very accommodating and helpful.

The property is in a great location and very tidy. There is no kitchen sink, so you will be expected to wash dishes in a camp sink. A great range of tea and coffee is provided, but no milk provded in the fridge (not even UHT pods). Also, there is no ice cube tray or wine glasses.  It is definitely not suitable for 4 adults. Booking.com should not advertise as suitable for four,  (Yes I did book as 4 adults.) We we're really looking forward to staying here after reading other reviews, but we were unfortunately disappointed.

Good location

There was no proper sink provided in the kitchen area. No problem for us but would be inconvenient for those with movement or disabled issues

Comfortable bed. Nice decor. Modern bathroom.

No kitchen sink to wash cups or crockery. You had to use the bathroom sink. Limited bag storage. Hot water is tricky, sometimes runs, sometimes not.
