Cleanliness and location

Fridge was alarming when opening door, whoever came to fix it or check what was wrong just gaffer taped the door switch so fridge stopped working. Microwave also needs replacing unable to see decals on door as it is old and has been wiped many times. Main bed is really uncomfortable big dip on right hand side, is it broken too?
