Very central, compact but had everything you needed. Can't comment onto staff as we didn't see anyone, seemed efficiently run though.

Stairs would have been difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Often sounded as if there was a gym or similar above. Never really loud though.

Nice, cozy apartment. Polite and attentive owner.

Improve the procedure for obtaining keys

Cozy apartment located very well, close to public transport. It looks exactly as in the pictures, so no surprise here. Also, very important for me was the fact that the apartment is very silent. It is facing an interior courtyard so the hustle and bustle of the street is kept outside the apartment.

That couch in the living room is so small :)

Location was perfect, cosy neigbourhood. Everything is easy to reach or close by like public transport and shops + restaurants/bars.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom, I think it was the shower drain. But for now it was ignorable.

The location is excellent, there is no breakfast, the apartment is good and well located in terms of light directions. The main problem is that there is no elevator and carrying heavy luggage up 3 floors is not easy for those who are not young people in their 20s
