To była opcja bez śniadania. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

L'appartamento è in una zona centrale molto comoda. E' abbastanza grande e pulito.

Il codice per aprire il portone che ci è stato dato era corretto ma non era spiegato bene e quindi abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà, siamo stati aiutati da un signore che abitava nello stabile sennò eravamo ancora la. Gli asciugamani erano troppo pochi, non si può dotare gli ospiti di un solo asciugamano a testa. Manca uno specchio a figura intera. L'appartamento è molto rumoroso, il rumore della strada si sente parecchio. Il letto alla francese non è un letto adatto a due persone, è un letto che deve essere venduto per un ospite.

The apartment is okay for a couple. The bed is also fine — I don’t understand other travellers’ complaints about it; it’s a normal mattress for healthy people, not too soft and not too hard. Linens and towels were all clean and in good condition. Very impressive table/window sill in the kitchen, and also a nice space to work remotely for a few hours. Nice darkening curtains in the bedroom, but… (see “What didn’t you like”). There’s an ironing board and an iron if you need them, although we didn’t use these appliances. The apartment design is quite unique — it’s the first time I’ve seen a heater mounted high up on a kitchen wall, and it really is the only place someone could possibly mount it there! :) The apartment is not noisy; you can sleep well. Great contact with the host.

If you’re not a couple, check with the owner whether the door to the bathroom is in place; if not, it might not be the best choice for your trip — especially if any of the travellers have stomach problems. Nice darkening curtains in the bedroom, but there’s no door between the room and the kitchen/corridor, so light gets in from the kitchen windows because there are no darkening curtains or blinds there. Also, the most-used shelves in the wardrobe were dusty (at eye, arm’s, or hand level, since we didn’t have many clothes for just a few days’ trip). I was quite unfortunate to put my black trousers and T-shirts there when unloading my backpack. As for the address ( I rented the property on Marszałkowska streer) — I kind of understand why so many people were confused, although it is not because of the Wspólna/Marszałkowska locations. For me, the confusion was that it wasn’t mentioned that the gate entrance is from a different street. We eventually found it, but a map screenshot with a line or arrow leading from, for example, Luna or Plac Zbawiciela to the number 28 entrance gate (instead of the first photo in the instructions) would have been much more helpful than just the photo of the entrance with an arrow. Anyway, we found it — the map screenshot is just a bit of advice to the owner, because normally entrance gates are nearby, not around the corner. (If you’re going to stay there, remember that you have to go around — to Aleja Armii Ludowej and then a bit into Stefanii Sempołowskiej street — because this building forms a square. Although its address is Marszałkowska, the entrance to the yard is on a different street.)

It is a great location, and check-in and check-out were simple. Not far from the apartment is a great bakery with excellent breakfast options. A bus stop is just a few meters away, going down the stairs. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. It is a fourth floor, but it has an elevator.

There was a smell of humidity when I arrived, which was probably just temporary.

Чисто, приятно пахнет, вид из окна шикарный. Хозяин дружелюбный и внимательный. Наши мамы в восторге! Рекомендую!

The apartment is located close to Centrum and it's easy to get to from the Central Station or the airport. It's also easy to access anything you may need in Warsaw from this apartment. There are also several grocery stores around (a late-night 7/7 Bedrionka supermarket is located at the Central Station). It can comfortably accommodate two or even three people. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. It has electric sockets in convenient spots, the Wi-Fi worked fine. It's generally quite good and very clean.

The apartment needs better windows. First, it's a bit noisy with the trams outside. Secondly, because the windows don't shut tightly enough, cold air seeps in.
