The location is great, easy to find. Very good access to restaurants, shops and public transport. The access instructions were sent on time and were clear. Bed was comfortable, kitchen facilities average, room facilities basic and slightly worn. For short stay not bad.

Lack of the information what wi-fi password is, or where to find it. The shower door/screen was missing.

Great location near Warsaw Central Station. Restaurants and stores are close by, and the old town is easily accessible by tram or bus. Almost everything I needed for a few days stay.

Location is perfect. Apartment very well equipped. Easy check in process.

Having a couch instead of a double bed. Apartment was very hot and there was no air conditioning or anything to make it cooler.
