"Нахомили при выезде. Не знаю, хозяйка это была или уброщица, было очень неприятно."

Квартира большая, очень красивая парадная. Удобное расположение.

Ужасный WIFI, постоянно прилось перезагружать роутер. Ни у одной кастрюли нет крышки. Одно одеяло очень короткое и плохо пахнет.

"Bell'appartamento ma ci sono delle cose da migliorare"

L'appartamento é molto bello e spazioso, a pochi passi dal Palazzo della Cultura e della Scienza, al secondo piano di un bel palazzo, molto curato. Non do un punteggio più alto per vari motivi: innanzitutto ho scritto vari messaggi alla struttura senza mai ottenere risposta. Nella descrizione pareva non esserci il self check in (invece c'é) e a causa di un cambio del volo siamo arrivati dopo l'orario garantito. Ho dovuto chiamare l'assistenza booking 3 volte per avere un contatto ed alla fine ho ricevuto solo le istruzioni del self check in. Non é possibile non avere per tempo una risposta quando arrivi in piena notte.L'appartamento aveva polvere accumulata e tante ragnatele che ho dovuto togliere col manico della scopa.

L'assenza di comunicazione con l'host. Le ragnatele e l'odore di chiuso.
