Well priced central spacious and well enough equipped

We didn't realise the key collection arrangements meant going to another location not easy to find and the information on how to find the property after that was not too clear. There were a few broken things in the property that needed fixing - toilet flush, washing machine didn't work and some mugs chipped. No cafetiere. Couldn't work the TV. It would have been good to make the need for a deposit clearer in the written information

"Bad"

The receptionist who was actually the guard of the building was very rude and he didn't speak English. We booked the apartment for 5 persons but it was ready only for 4 persons. The apartment was very dirty, especialy the bathroom, I don't event know if they washed the sheets from the previous reservation, there was dust all over the place and the furniture was so old that you couldn't sleep comfortable.
