Fantastic location, key lock box worked easily, apartment finished to a very high standard, quality furniture and great style. The sofa and the bed were exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom had a great shower and products were provided. Kitchen had a box of essentials, including tea, coffee, salt, pepper, handwash, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels. Lots of extra towels and pillows available if needed. The view from the lounge was stunning. Luxury and allowed dogs.

The wifi was terrible, trying to watch tv in the evening was very frustrating as it buffered constantly and I struggled to do some small work tasks.

The whole one night we stayed we are waiting on your refund that we have been promised by yourselves and the company concerned with renting this property is not fit for purpose 😔

More plates and cutlery. Heating that worked- although this was rectified. Terrible first impression as front garden just weeds with a bin. Stain on sofa. Bedroom chair needed and a hairdryer. Tea bags and coffee pods. I could go on!Property in

The location was good ,bed was comfy and plenty of everything you needed in the kitchen

The front door was very hard to get into needs some wd40 on the lock,the WiFi wasn't brilliant so couldn't watch netflix or similar,didn't appreciate having to get rid of the previous guests rubbish from the bins in the kitchen,I'm fine with getting rid of my own but shouldn't have had to do that

Location and design

Sofa was very uncomfortable and could do with more cushions. No instructions for kitchen appliances. No outside green bin to dispose of rubbish only recyclable. No wine glasses only 1 x champagne glass.
