Πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο το διαμέρισμα με καλές παροχές. Η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα άριστη. Σε πολύ καλό σημείο στην παλιά πόλη της Ξάνθης.

Η μπαταρία στο μπάνιο χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση. Λίγο ακριβό για το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα.

Μικροσκοπικό μπαλκόνι χωρίς θέα, πολύ μικρός ο χώρος με πολλά αντικείμενα στριμωγμένα

"Ιδανικό για 2 άτομα! Άριστη τοποθεσία!"

Top τοποθεσία, ακριβως διπλα σε καφέ - μπαρ, εστιατορια, φούρνους κτλ στην Παλιά Πόλη!! Πολυ καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Οι παροχές (πετσετες, καφές - τσάι, λαδι, αλάτι, σαπούνια, ειδη υγιεινής, παντοφλες κτλ) υπεραρκετά. Το μέγεθος ικανοποιητικό, με ωραια διαρρύθμιση. Έχει και Netflix. Θέρμανση με aircondition, ηταν μια χαρα.

Δεν διαθέτει παρκινγκ, οποτε αν εισαι τυχερος παρκάρεις στο παζάρι. Το μπαλκόνι υπερβολικά μικρό και στενό. Το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν μια χαρά για ζευγάρι, αν είχαμε και τα παιδιά θεωρώ θα στριμοχνωμασταν πολυ. Η μυρωδιά στην είσοδο που αναφέρεται σε άλλα σχόλια, οκ, δεν ήταν κατι τόσο έντονο και ενοχλητικό..
