A fost o locație aproape de mijlocul de transport (tramvai) liniile 11,12,17 ce merg spre centru . Aproximativ 5 min pana la tramvai si aprox 15 min pana kn centru . Daca mergi pe jos aprox 35-40 min. Locatia foarte curata, bucataria utilata. Ni s-a permis accesul in locație mai devreme , ceea ce am apreciat foarte mult .

Fiind o cladire mai veche, dusumeaua se misca iar senzatia este inconfortabila. Usa de la baie necesita a fi reparata neapărat. Parcarea recomandata de proprietar folosind 📌 transmis de proprietar are un cost dublu-noi am plătit pt 1zi - aprox 15 euro
