Casa per total foarte curată, utilată cu de toate, excepție fier de călcat dar cred că doar a omis și se va remedia, noi l-am avut pe al nostru.Se vedea că se pune un mare accent pe îngrijirea ei.Garajul chiar dacă este mic este un mare plus pentru că este în curtea interioară,iar dacă mașina este prea mare și nu intră în garaj (cazul meu) , măcar stă protejată în curte.Totul este perfect.

Aerul condiționat este controlat de la distanță de doamna Roberta.Dacă îi scrieți un mesaj în secunda doi îl pornește sau oprește.Nu m-a deranjat numai că mi s-a părut un pic ciudat să nu putem avea un control direct asupra lui.
