The location of the apartment is good, and the neighborhood is fine overall. You have shops nearby and also bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment matches the photos. The host gives you a bottle of water, a bottle of juice and a pack with croissants.

Upon entering the apartment, I noticed that all the windows in every room were wide open. At first, I assumed the host had opened them to cool down the apartment, although that is what the air conditioner should be for. Since I arrived late in the evening, I simply closed the windows and went to bed. The next morning, I was greeted by a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom, apparently from the drain, and it became clear why the host had left all the windows open. In addition, the shower tray was covered with small black particles that had not been there the previous evening. Upon closer inspection, I noticed small holes in the tiles from which ants were emerging, and they appeared to have carried those black particles into the shower. The bedroom is very small and does not have a wardrobe for clothes, apart from a cabinet located in the hallway. That cabinet is unstable, wobbles noticeably, and is not secured to the wall, making it a potential safety hazard, especially for children. The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were especially poor. After several nights, I ended up with a stiff and painful neck, which negatively affected the quality of my stay. Although the apartment is located in a decent neighborhood, I did not feel safe staying there. The gate to the building's courtyard is permanently open and cannot be locked. Likewise, the main entrance to the building remains open at all times and has neither a key-operated lock nor any security system such as a key fob or intercom. The apartment's entrance door is not a security door; in fact, it is made of wood and is very noisy, just like the doors of the other apartments in the building. There is also a glass window above the entrance door, which means that anyone determined enough could potentially break into the apartment. For this reason, I carried all my valuables with me whenever I left.

Great hospitality, great location, full equipment. Feels like home. Mrs Vesna is very helpful and makes your staying comfortable.
