It was right next to the business event I was attending so it was convenient.

There was very small ants everywhere, specially the living room and the kitchen, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The window in the bathroom communicates with the building hall and we only realized that when I was having a shower and I could see people pass in front of me….

Beautiful sea view. Calm, clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated. A real homey feeling. Very responsive host.

It would be much more convenient if the shared terraced had a gaz bbq.

We had a great 2 nights , the apartment was bigger than expected with large glass doors opening to the balcony which had sun from mid am till 4 ish (we went in November) but we really loved the roof top terrace with sun all day and amazing 360 views to the sea and coves / as only three apartments have use we never saw anyone else so had to ourselves. People complained about the internal window in bedroom , we had no issues its a large room , with a fan and a blind on the window thats double glazed so no issues on noise or light (or smells) at all and plenty of air from the sitting room as already mentioned only two other flats so hardly going to be busy. The bathroom was modern , great shower , shampoo shower gel, towels ....full kitted out kitchen all spotlessly clean - total bargain for the price. Check in was easy with directions and key code provided - all great! - great spot lots of cafe/ tapas/ or smarter restaurants near by , fab snorkling

Bedding could be better

The place is overall outdated. There is no window in the bedroom but photos show that there is BUT it goes directly to the communal staircase. Sleeping just next to staircase was terrible, it's very noisy, people moving their luggage up and down the stairs, talking or making any noise makes you feel that it's happening right by your head. Also, there is no natural light and no fresh air. The apartment has only one window which is in the living room so if you want some fresh air you need to open it and open your bedroom door but it gets really noisy because of the street. Apartment has a bad moldy smell. Towels are totally washed off, there is no soap or shampoo. We booked this apartment for 3 nights but moved out after one night. The landlord refused to refund it, instead overcome the booking terms by offering us an "alternative option" location which is in the north of the island in other town, far away from the place we were staying. Booking.com also wasn't supportive in this situation and accepted this offer from landlord as correct solution based on their terms. Very unpleasant situation and really bad experience. do not recommend!
