Trotz heißer Temperaturen draußen ist es in der Unterkunft angenehm kühl. Zum Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und in der Nähe gibt es einige schöne Restaurants & Cafés. Der Check-In ist unkompliziert, ebenso die Kommunikation über WhatsApp.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Kellergeschoss. Dadurch ist es nicht nur düster, sondern auch muffig. Sowohl im Zimmer, als auch im Bad ist es feucht und es riecht unangenehm. Es gibt an mehreren Stellen Schimmel, auch unmittelbar am Bett. Es gibt neben einer kleinen, fast kaputten Nachttischlampe zwei Deckenlampen (Glühbirnen), die unfreundliches Licht spenden. Mehrere Einrichtungsgegenstände sind stark abgenutzt oder fallen auseinander. Entsprechend ist das Zimmer nicht gemütlich, für kurze Aufenthalte aber in Ordnung.

Vlasnik je mogao naglasiti da je apartman u podrumu, da ni fen ne radi kako treba, osjeti se vlaga, nema klime, samo neka jeftina grijalica..
