Octagon Main Square Apartment

Wonderful apartment in the vibrant city center of Zagreb. A lot of nice restaurants, terrasses and shops just around the corner, but no noise in the apartment. The parking garage is just across the square on 2 minutes walk. And above all perfect communication and explanation from the host. She is really grandiose ! Many thanks for this enjoyable stay in Zagreb ! We will certainly come back in this apartment !

A very nice flat, located in the city centre, with shops, restaurants and places to visit nearby. We would gladly return there!

We loved the central location—stepping into Octagon Square felt magical, and nearly everything in Zagreb was easy to reach on foot. The apartment itself is tucked away on the 4th floor, so be ready for a bit of stair climbing on the beautiful marble steps. Inside, it was peaceful despite being right downtown, and everything looked newly finished with Ikea touches. Overall, it’s a lovely spot if you’re comfortable with stairs and can roll with a few surprises along the way.

That said, there were a few hiccups: the air conditioner wasn’t working when we arrived (but Marco came to fix it quickly), we couldn’t access the laundry machine as the door was stuck and full of sheets, the wifi details were off, and unfortunately, we lost hot water completely on our last day. The owner was helpful with messages on Booking, which made things easier, but still needs some minor repairs.
