Exceptionally efficient and friendly staff. The manager walked with us to help with Parking and helped us take the suitecases back to the apartment. Clean and modern apartment with bold architecture.

Directions to the Parking Garage could have been clearer. There are stairs to get to the bedroom. The bed is very low, it may be difficult to get in and out if you have mobility problems.

L'emplacement était très propre, le gérant est avenant et il très gentil et veut que le séjour soit à la hauteur des attentes. La litterie sans bon et à l'interieur de l'appartement aussi.

Sur les photos l'appartement semble plus grand qu'en réalité. Par contre la chambre à l'étage est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain à l'étage, cest idéal pour 2 personnes. Si vous êtes 3 personnes ça peut être rapidement exigu.

The friendly host greeted us (in the rain) at the street leading to the property and sorted out checkin very efficiently

The stairs were a bit slippery when wearing just socks; the sleeping area was a little tight for space; watching tv on the bench was not very comfortable, although fine for short periods

LOCATION AND NEIGHBORHOOD WERE GREAT; QUIET AND WELCOMING.KITCHEN WAS PERFECT AND VERY HANDY UPON OUR ARRIVAL IN ZAGREB.
