Great location in the heart of the old city. Restaurants and bars are just a few steps away.. Safe friendly atmosphere.throught the whole area. Large open plan and spacious accommodation located on the third (top) floor of No. 25. It consisted of a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor with a bedroom and roof terrace on the second floor with a lovely view of the city..

Note for the not so fit traveller. This is an old building,, the stairs are very steep with an unusually deep space between steps so support from handrails on the walks was essential, "climbing the stairs" took on a whole new meaning!.

Locatione was perfect. The place is really in the centre and beach is very close as well, the same with bus stop. Plus, the place is bigger them most of places. The host was super nice and he recommended same great restaurants and shared which places are not the best. I trully recommend the place.

The owner of the apartment was very pleasant, bought coffee for us and gave us tips about city and beaches. He also allowed us an earlier check-in. Accommodation is clean and nice.

In the house below us lived man, apparently an alcoholic with problematic behavior. The owner said about it only one sentence with the addition that it is taken into account in the price. The neighbor was noisy, he shouted on the street in the morning, he often woke us up. Sometimes I was afraid to go out alone because I had to go past his door. But nothing ever happened. There was a smell around from his flat. Accomodation is located on a noisy street, sometimes there was loud music from the pubs and restaurants even after midnight.

Great Host, Great Location, Great Apartment

I liked everything, but someone with reduced mobility may find the stairs to the apartment a little steep.

Great location, very comfortable. Great roof terrace. Aircon was great as weather was very warm & would have been unbearable with it. Fabio provided lots of very useful information.

Great location in the middle of the old town and very close to all the restaurants, bars and everything else Alghero has to offer. The terrace is also a great advantage which we enjoyed for breakfast and evening meals each day. Air con and washing facilities also a bonus.

Overall good but a few recommendations to improve - Toilet pipe leaked water on flushing. Shower sealant mouldy and in need of replacing. Good mixture of kitchen utensils however some old and in need of replacing.

Apartment with a magnificent view of the roofs and towers of Alghero. Accommodation in the historic center is magical when you hear the life and bustle of Italian streets. The apartment is fully equipped, even with a washing machine, which is quite rare. A big added value is the owner Fabio, who is really friendly and helpful, he advises where to go for a trip or for dinner. It's always fun with him, I always liked to stop by his tobacco shop.
