Oberiter Apartments - in the heart of Zagreb

This place has great potential! Just need some professional cleaning and professionalism from the hosts. We booked for 2 nights but ended up leaving early next morning (stayed only 1 night even though we knew we were not getting refund for the 2nd night) -2 positive things about this property 1. Location 2. Kitchen is pretty much equipped for preparing meals

Not clean at all! We called before booking and the host confirmed that they do have washer and we can use it for our laundry but different story once we have arrived (non refundable). We called bc tv wasn’t working and while we were communicating via phone he (the host) told us he can not do anything over the phone so at that moment, we realized we are not getting any help. So no needed to communicate with them any further. Parking is impossible there. Residents park in the property parking lot located behind the building and it is FULL! We ended up parking at the paid parking and parking ended up €49.00. So not sure you would be lucky enough to get their free parking. We contacted booking.com immediately next morning and they told us to leave honestly review.

Beautiful and clean apartment, very comfortable for a family of 4.

Big apartment, great location, we were very happy with everything inside the apartment.

Everything was absolutely marvelous! Easy to find, everything looks new.

Not a bad thing, but please note that in instructions on arrival the point is missing that you need to switch the door locker "on" by pressing the button to see the CARD sign.
