I didn’t have a TV, if you can put a TV in this apartment it will be the best 10/10

While we are driving up to the property from Paris, we got into an accident and it cost the delay to meet up with the property manager at 8pm. I msg the host if we can meet around 9Pm to get the key, unfortunately, it's a definite NO. I stopped by the property at that night around 9ish and hoping to see if anyone is there to hand me the key, but no one is around. So I show up late due to an incident and never get the key to the property AND I was fully charged for the room that I didn’t even stay. The host has no sympathy and uncommunicative, but only want to take my money. Beware…
