location was fantastic with beautiful views of central station. kitchen was well equipped. comfortable beds with fresh linen. Wi-Fi was good and we had access to hosts netfilx. checkin instructions very clear along with information on how to use the elevator.

this is not a luxury penthouse as advertised, it is a standard apartment with a terrace but has potential. loose terrace tiles which host has been made aware of in previous reviews. They are an accident waiting to happen. I can’t understand why the host would risk the safety of guests and not have them fixed ! other reviews have also commented on the lack of towels and toilet paper. 4 towels for 4 people for 3 days is not enough. 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 3 days is not suffice. foul smell in the hallway and elevator which I don’t think the host has any control of but was so bad it had to be mentioned. the cleaning would need to be reviewed as dust on skirting tiles and terrace sliding door rails were very dirty. from reading other reviews host does not seem to be listening or taking action on some of guests reviews. very defensive in reply’s. your guests are trying to give you advice about your property, please listen ! if you made some very small changes regarding cleaning, towels, toilet paper and fixed the terrace tiles I believe your reviews would be better because it is a nice apartment in a good location. my family and I spend a lot of time in Antwerp but unfortunately would not book the property again as you are not listening or acting upon advice being given by your guests.
