We were in the top floor flat. Very private. Easy to find. Clear instructions and clear key instructions. Coffee machine with coffee pods (thank you). In the morning we had croissants delivered, thank you v much! Parking across the road free.

The only good thing is that it is close to the beach

sheets, blankets and pillow were full of hair. There are no facilities for smokers, the kitchen was dirty, the room very small. Overall I did not enjoy the stay

Very thin walls so not very quiet.

It is a brand new modern apartement with a private bathroom and beds for two. It has a shared and superclean kitchen and is in a good location (about 10-15 minutes drive/9km from the airport) if you have an early flight like we did. The host greeted us personally and was very friendly, even ordered us a taxi for the next morning to the airport. There were also complimentary chocolates and coffee capsules waiting for us which was a really nice surprise. Thank you!

Light from the hall came in through a window over the door. Also a bit Noisy

The room was not clean. The toilet was not clean and not flushed, with a surprise. It was smelling quite bad. The sink was clogged :(

The service was great, very quick to sort the accommodation considering we had to book very last minute. Due to Air Traffic Control in the UK issues and faults our flight was cancelled. We had no contact for accommodation from easyJet or new flights and slept in the airport over night therefore booked this whilst we awaited contact from easyJet. There was a slight language barrier however it was all completed well and the host/staff were very friendly and supportive.

The rooms were very hot however it’s mid summer and very warm everywhere so the fans were a big help.

Look carefully at the room you are booking. I booked this property in a hurry and without reading beyond the first few reviews and photographs of (I presume) the upstairs apartment and other rooms with windows. We were exhausted on arrival due to work commitments and travel times. We were assigned the narrow room with no outside ventilation or window, a fan and a window onto the inner tiny living space/ kitchen area. Two other rooms adjoined this space. There was no noise proofing and very little privacy. We could not imagine staying there for a week. We were very disappointed and decided not to stay there. Unfortunately, we were beyond the deadline for a refund. We booked a different property in Maspalomas instead and enjoyed our holiday.
