The bedroom bed was very comfortable and also having parking outside was a bonus. Although there’s a train station outside you couldn’t hear much of the sound. View from great

The shower cubicle very dirty, kitchen kettle needs descaling as it’s covered with lime scale all around the lid and dirty outside couldn’t make a cuppa. Dish drainer also, cutlery needs attention. Host was kind enough to make the sofa bed but found moths and fitted sheets not ironed. Shower head needs descaling as. Sugar in container was covered in coffee.

Das Rosland Apartment ist bestens und liebevoll ausgestattet. Wenn man im Wohnzimmer schläft, scheint die Strassenlampe trotz Abdunklung sehr hell.

Fabulous apartment No. 4. Very clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. Really nice bathroom with large walk-in rainfall shower. Large sofa bed was also available and made up with prior request. All appliances available in kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and washing machine. Even tea, coffee etc was supplied. Triple aspect lounge/diner with nice views. Short easy walk to Arundel town centre and next to station.
