Lovely and clean apartment. Quiet area except for the sea! Fab bathroom with walk in shower. Great views. Close to the town and its restaurants. And a short walk to a great beach for swimming and snorkelling. Easy parking very close to apartment. Good supermarket 10 mins walk away.

Private beach too rocky for swimming. Small outside area shared with next door apartment. Most restaurants offered mainly fish. None of this spoils the holiday and great location though.

- the host was really nice and even she didnt speak fluently english we could communicate everything what was needed - falling asleep and waking up hearing the ocean waves was really really beautiful - you can close door and window in the bedroom to TOTAL DARK, which was amazing for sleeping. We had amazing sleep in this accomodation - kitchen was more than fully equiped - the area is quiet and there are only 2 restaurants near by BUT it is not disadvantage at all. Having rented car you can go anywhere on Lanzarote. - also accomodation was very clean, there were plenty of towels, bed sheets were smelling really nice also! - and the view on the terrace - beaufiful all day :)

- the accomodation has a little old furnishing. But we didnt mind :) Just saying for sensitive travellers

If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the perfect location. Arrieta is a lovely sleepy village. The rooms themselves felt very homey and clean. It is obvious that the owner takes very good care of the property. The accommodation was basic, but everything was clean and washed when we arrived. WiFi was OK. Parking on the street (as all around Lanzarote, I think) is free. The kitchen has a simple electric cooker and normal sized fridge, and it's nice to have the option to cook. When it comes to check-in, the property owner was waiting for us at the time we indicated during the booking and handed the keys to us in person. (THE CHECKOUT IS AT 12 PM SHARP)

Since there is no desk, you have to arrive during the indicated time. If you plan to arrive at a different time, I suppose you need to inform the owner, who unfortunately does not speak English. The window from the bedroom is facing the street where garbage collectors come every night. On the other side, bedrooms in the other apartments didn't have windows in the bedrooms at all. In general, there is no AC on Lanzarote, which is generally OK. Anyway, during hot days some simple fens would be nice to have. In terms of the property itself, beware that apartments in the basement do not have private terase to people from neighbouring properties could and would wander around you. Also, beware of insects! There is plenty despite the winds on Lanzarote. The net in the window didn't fit, so we ended up bitten by mosquitoes.

The sea view is fantastic,very relaxing place.

Everything was perfect, especially the location.
