The property is severely below expectations. 1. It is not clean. The couch and chair were so DIRTY. badly stained. 2. The bed was not comfortable, He bed linen was so cheap with some authentic material. 3. The windows and door to the balcony are not sealed. Actually, the balcony door does not lock. It windy in the nights I was there and the wind just kept coming in. 4. Very noisy!! As the windows are not sealed. 5. The hair dryer in the bathroom does not work and when touched it, there was some hair and gunk on it. YUK!! 5. The fan in the bedroom cannot be turned off, if the light is on. 6. The hallways in the building smell bad. 7. The floor was not clean. 8. The screen in the balcony is torn at places. 9. There is NO AC control in the unit.

CZThis was a very comfortable apartment, fully equipped with all one may need. The WiFi connection was very good, checking process smooth and I was contacted by the owners multiple times to assure everything is all right.
Actually nothing
USI was never able to stay at the property because the company never provided a door key and did not answer my communication to get the door code to enter the place. They knew that I could not enter the place because the concierge tried to reach out as well and no response. They did not respond until after the check out time that I was supposed to have passed and refuse to refund me for the fact that I would not stay them because of their negligence to provide me with the door cods to get into the place. Please to not book here, there are many different nice places to book around Atlanta besides here.

CHGreat location. Close to a lot of attractions. The appartment ist very nice and super safe. Parking is right arround the corner.
