USThe location was ok.
The property owner could invest in a paid parking spot in the parking garage less then a block away. The property really needs some updates done. The tub needs to be snaked out, the water pressure in the toilet was veeeery low. The floors need mopping, the window screens need replaced (they are ripped to Shred). The furniture is needing to be replaced. The ac units could use a fresh coat of paint. The owner needs to reinvest in this property.
