Good location for the price

Bit run down. Elevators would static shock you.

Nothing I was racially profiled. My check out was at 10am I did not hear anything from them I did not want to leave the key fob without atleast hearing from Someone just in case people wanted to come in any try to steal it or anything could have happened so I was waiting on them to tell me we're to leave it .they never change they codes so I figured maybe the guest before woule try something I didnot know I get a text at 7:08 pm of them accusing me of stealing a key fob i was with all 3 of my children and my fiance they racially profiled me as a black mother I will never ever do business with again . Three weeks B4 this my fiance booked us a room on the 10th floor they double booked us and we almost lost our life a guy came to the door with a gun cause we were putting the code in any they were in there they seen us at the door and a man I don't blame him he seems a random man using a code to get in a room they have booked for 3 days and we coming to the door at 10pm with the same code they had to have give us another room . I should have never delt with them after that but they were available for the moment. I will be contacting a lawyer January 2nd they are unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anyone please be aware...

Not so clean or sanitized air bnb for a family or dinning.

Good location, very well arranged appartment, very tidy, comfortable, and a nice balcony as a bonus. All amneties were there, and the hosts even let some coffee for me to brew. Large bed, air conditioning avialiable (centralized). Location is good, 5-10 mim of walking to the aquarium, coca cola museum etc. Wifi working perfectly. Cold / hot water available with no problems. Not perfect but 10/10 for this price.

One of the only complaints i would have is that there are some noisy people and homeless hanging around at night in front of the building entrance, but i guess that.s what you get in midtown arlanta. My last few days the weather got colder and i didn.t have a thermostat nor some way to raise up the heat (or at least i didn.t know how to). Other than that an excellent experience.

I definitely love the property and definitely will book another stay here. Everything is as pictured. The location is awesome and you can practically walk or ride scooters anywhere within minutes. $30 to park was to be expected so once I parked. I didn’t have to drive anywhere until check out time. Which is great because parking downtown is terrible and expensive.

Since I’m a native, the people outside the building doesn’t bother me at all but if I wasn’t use to it I could understand how someone can feel a little uncomfortable. Overall the property and staff are nice. This will definitely be my new place to book for a staycation or going to a major event
