Well equipped, clean, chic property near bars and restaurants in historic part of city.

Big property only a 5 minute walk from the historic center and waterfront. Host very good and on time meeting us to collect keys and explain everything. There was a garage about 150 meters away where we could securely store our bicycles. Nice to have a washing machine and nice big bathroom. Separate toilet in the bedroom which was handy as a few steps inside the house to get to the other toilet during the night. Outside area within 4 walls but good to dry laundry . Nice and quiet during the night.

The stairs from the front door to the apartment are steep and inside the house there was a tiny step towards the bedrooms but we missed that one a few times. We had to take off the sheets ourselves before we left . Thought that was strange as never had to do that before in a house/ apartment we stayed in.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Loved all the stained glass and the castle staircase. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for, in our case, 5 people. Valerie, our host, gave great instructions and helped us when we arrived early.

Wonderfully appointed apartment. Had storage for our bikes. Perfect for our multi-day stay while we explored Auxerre and surrounding regions. Stairs to apartment might be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Everything, it was absolutely perfect! Beautifully presented, exceptionally well furnished with wonderful stained glass features. Great communication with owner.
