Cozy and Full Service Condo at the Heart of Bacolod

Perfect location, clean and very nice host

The room is to loud (directly at the street) and to bright (no curtains)

The place was great as we were 5 adults and 1 toddler. We were able to rest well. I checked the reviews of others about the place like the problem with the drain in the bathroom, it's because of the draining filter that caused the water to drain so slowly. Everything was great as everything was there, for cooking some instant snacks and all.

The only problem is the parking place, the residence only has 4 parking areas but you can park on the street side.

Our host was very helpful and responsive. We had a mix-up with the linens and they helped source a solution in less than an hour. The location is excellent for MassKara celebrations and close to local restaurants/parks.

The location of the building, very accessible to any transportation and nearby restaurants.

The size of the unit- it should not be for 4 person, it is not comfy- the AC is working but not cold enough to cool the room because the unit is at the corner - so I need to request for another electric fan to make us feel comfy. Blinds are too white for this room to make the room comfy- it should be a black out curtain instead.

Owner and staff is very accommodating. Place is very nice , cozy and clean. Although it is quite small but it is still great. I like the sofa bed since it expand. hehe 🫶 Location is very near to retail establishments like mcdo, jollibee, kfc, dunkin donut , 7eleven and other more. I highly recommend this place either for work or leosure purposes 🫶💕

The struggle that we've encountered when we were there was that restroom/toilet is flooding. Whenecer we take a shower it is flooding after. I think it needs improvement in that area.
