Location was very convenient, close to major mall many restaurants and town centre. The bed was very comfortable with very good pilllows and linens. Also well equipped for cooking in a linger stat.

This is a lovely apartment. Comfortable and clean. The facilities and WiFi are good, the location is excellent and the owner, Joseph a great guy who took us out for coffee and cake during our stay. I have stayed in a few places in Bacolod City, but this has been the best.

Having to leave on our final day!

"Not that bad near the sm and easy transportation"

Owner is communicative. The place is enough for 2 pax. And if you're traveling 3 pax, you have to expect to use the other bed that is not that clean and no covers. Overall, I still love this place, very near to sm and transportation is very easy. The owner itself is very communicative and friendly. Would definitely go back and looking forward for improvement.

Needs improvement for more 'clean' beddings, towels etc. They are clean but there are signs of usage. The sofa is not cleaned well, there are stains and dust marks, stubborn dust. I suggest if this stays has washing machine, this would be very helpful.
