A truly tranquil place. Steve is a wonderful host – thoughtful, helpful, but unobtrusive. He even gave us hi-vis vests when he knew we’d hired bikes, which was such a kind gesture.   We arrived to a more than generous welcome basket which was very much appreciated! The accommodation is lovely and bright, set in an idyllic location.  Great beaches and hiking trails right nearby, so it’s perfect for both peace and adventure. We can’t recommend Steve’s place enough and hope to return again in the future.

very comfortable house. well equiped. many basic foods already supplied. host Steven very friendly.

The location is quite remote. 1 restaurant at 15 min walking. main "city" at 15 min driving.

"A perfect base for exploring the North Mayo"

Comfortable small house in the country, fully equipped kitchen/dining room in the ground floor (+separate toilet), 2 bedrooms and bathroom/toilet in the upper floor. Views of country, lake and even ocean from the upper floor rooms. Really exceptional welcoming food packet - milk, bread, butter, jams, large plate of fruits, oats for porridge, biscuits, teas. A perfect base for exploring the North Mayo.
