The cleaning was not done, and if it was done it was not thorough.

Staff warm and friendly. Great facilities in the resort

The apartment needs maintenance and renovation, particularly the cracking walls. The kitchen needs more usable utensils. Stove not very friendly to use.

We want to vacation with our new colognes (2 for me and 2 for my wife) that we bought in February. On return from our activities on the first day, our colognes where almost half. All of them. We realise that when we were bathing. We then took pictures. When we got back ok second, they way all below half. I bought each cologne for +-R3,000 at Woolies. Manager responsible promised to attend and revert back. Until today we texting and no response.
