"Will not stay again as the level of security is a hindrance for guests."

The apartment and the checkin was all fine and the rooms were great. We did not like the checking into Zimbali.

The apartment and the checkin was all fine. We did not like that we had to always enter through the service entrance where the contractors and house maids entered and we then had to drive a few km"s to get to the apartment when there was a perfectly fine gate 200m from the apartment.

The host was very responsive and helpful. WiFi was excellent and my kids enjoyed the large TV in the unit.

The complex, Zimbali Suites, had issues with the Aircon on our floor which they couldn't resolve the whole week of our stay.

All other things were fine.

To be improved: Stained stool by the TV area needs to be replaced and wifi instructions (password) must be shared without being requested. Aircon remotes must be fixed, had to make plans to switch them on/ off
