This accommodation and parking is perfect. Great facilities and location.

Location was great - 20 minute stroll into Belfast centre

Apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and host was excellent. Great location too.

Little package on arrival was nice, four beers and some sweets/crisps, beds were comfortable, area was quiet and peaceful and very private. Apartment was nice and cosy. Toilet roll and coffee and tea and cereal were supplied. Owner permitted us a late checkout which was appreciated. Owner supplied hairdryer upon request.

The floor had not been hoovered, there were leaves everywhere. The apartment could have done with a clean before we arrived. Electric heaters were the heating supply. The shower kept going really hot then ice cold, the shower pipe was a bit damaged so probably needs replacing. Lighting is a bit dim. Coffee and cereal supplied were stale/hard and coffee machine was a bit hard to use. Hairdryer was not present but the owner supplied one later on.

We really enjoyed staying for a few days in this beautiful house! The owners allowed us to check in before 3pm, they were very hospitable. They prepared a welcome box for us, it was very nice. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. We recommend it for living.

a washing machine and a hair dryer are needed

This property was great. They greeted us with a basket of food and goodies. The flat is easy access to the bus and other amenities. I would highly recommend!!!

In summer, they could put lighter bed coverings on. We used the coverlets provided on each bed. The quilts were too warm.

This was booked incredibly last minute due to other accommodation falling through. I was so pleased and surprised at how quickly and easily the host was contactable especially with it being a Saturday night. Stephen was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The check in process was so straight forward and the instructions were super clear. The property was in a very quiet area however was near so many shops, cafes and restaurants so there was plenty of stuff within walking distance. Property is very secure too with the gated entrance to the car park. The kitchen is very well kitted out and the beds are very comfortable. It was a cosy wee flat and I would for sure stay again.
