The most beautiful view we have ever had from a hotel/apartment! Everything spotlessly clean and the apartment was really comfortable. Underground parking is a massive bonus, especially in the heat of summer. The communication was excellent and the detailed check-in instructions really helped.

The location was excellent and one could easily walk to the supermarkets, beach and local restaurants. We loved the area and the relaxing environment and would definitely visit again.

Amazing location and views. Good size apartment. Comfortable beds. Overall we loved it.

If traffic noise bothers you, this place is not for you as the bedrooms open to the main road through town. Decor is a bit tired and could be modernised to make it more value for money. The kettle was missing, but no big deal.

Clean and comfortable apartment with lovely small balcony looking right over the lake. Great location for the train station, accessing the boats across the lake and to visit the Orrido. Good communication and instructions about check in process.

Location was fantastic, the balcony overlooked Lake Como, which was beautiful. Excellent location, not far to walk into town for the bars & restaurants. The train station was just over the road, also very convenient.

The cottage listing stated that there was both a kettle & a toaster. On arrival, we found there was neither. I contacted the owner who said that a previous guest had broken the toaster (not really my problem). They also said that there was a “normal kettle, not an electric one”. I asked if they meant a saucepan but got no reply. We had to buy ourselves an electric kettle! However, they did deliver a toaster the next day, which was great, and were also very helpful when we inadvertently shut the keys in the apartment, & came & let us in - Thank you! Bathroom very damp & needs updating, & an extractor fan.
