What a welcoming apartment. Plenty of space, interestingly decorated, and plenty of food to enjoy whilst there. This was our second stay, and we did appreciate it.

Fantastic host

So interesting place with great collections displayed. prime location with parking. Extremely Clean . Spacious , very well equipped kitchen.

Heat was not sufficient even when we told the host… Bed needs a new mattress.

Berceto is small so we got every where on foot. All restaurants are within walking distance. Bakery and coffee are 3 min. walk away. Marisa was very helpful and Deborah answered all our questions. We came for hiking in the area. The flat is specious, bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. They stocked the frig with milk, yogurt and fruit juice for breakfast, cookies and muffins, jam and there is a coffee machine. The decor of the flat is eighties, living room with toys, discs and books.

Just be aware the flat is on the third floor. Parking may be a problem, since streets are narrow.

This was one of the best BandBs that we’ve stayed in. Great wifi, great location, well equipped. Very comfortable with a generous breakfast.

This is a great place to stay while hiking along the Via Francigena. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the hostess was very charming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Spacious and comfortable. A nice atmosphere. Centrally located. My hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location, decoration, equipment, early check-in, and a good Back to the Future memorabilia collection.
