The location in the old town (Citta Alta) was the best! The travel agency where we got the keys was very helpful. Everyone complains about the shower, but these small bathrooms you will always get everywhere in Europe, so it did not bother us. The rest of the flat is wonderful and quaint, so we really enjoyed our stay.

Place located in a city centre, just few steps from the main street.Very old building gives you fantastic feeling.Nice street view from kitchen window.Apartment has all you need to live in during your stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, recommended driver Paolo( who took us to the airport very early in the morning)very reliable and professional. Cleaning products,clean towels, soap included.

Shower above the toilet (you have a shower standing next to the toilet and sink) no space for clean clothes, you need to run naked to the bedroom to dress.No information about "weird location" of the shower.I can understand that becouse apartment was situated in a very old building. But at least the information and photos of it should be displayed when advertising the place.

Location of the facility, max. 10 minutes walk from key places in the old town, funicular to the lower town 1 minute, shop 1 minute, monuments within 10 minutes, restaurants within 10 minutes, access to the station and airport difficult at night and on Sundays (problem with ordering TAXI, public transport does not work in the morning)

the description of the property does not match the description on the website, it was not mentioned that both beds are in one bedroom, the photos were taken to look like two different rooms, the kitchen is unequipped (the coffee machine is actually an Italian coffee maker, no toaster, no set for ironing) a bathroom like in a campsite - a toilet and a shower in one tiny room - a very uncomfortable solution.

Good location.in the Citta Alta of Bergamo. Friendly, helpful staff. Good heating, sleeping and cooking facilities. Good starting point for exploring the city.

The bathroom is tiny! When you shower, your are standing as if you got up from the toilet. No space, and everything gets wet. Also small boiler which creates shortage of hot water at morning peak time.. Bedroom is also "living room" with TV but not much else. aNot very cosy - we sat at the kitchen table instead. In principle a good place to stay but the bathroom lowers the grade.

-Positive aspects: literal location next to the bus stop and the funicular, a food store in front, all the advice for arrival and help for any plan in Bergamo (it is a travel agency), the girl who guides is helpful , possibility of storing luggage in the office on the day of departure.

-Some aspects to improve: bottled water on arrival (from shop, not tap water although Bergamo water was very good... ) the “mini shower curtain” does not cover the bathroom window while you shower, kitchen paper available, some cleaning product available , plastic bags available. There is no microwave. The internet connection in the bedroom is bad (wifi repeater).

Good location in citta alta. Apartment is spacious except shower which is combined with wc in a tight area. Owner helped us to book a parking space in a nearby garage parking

Very good location, next to the funicular.

We stayed there in July- the apartament was very stuffy, to the point of getting unbearable during the night. We were provided a fan, but it didn't help any. It was actually hotter inside than outside. Had to cut the stay short because of this.

GREAT localization!

The toilet and shower are in the same place (without a shower cabin).
