Simplesmente impecável. O apartamento tinha absolutamente tudo. De comidas na geladeira a itens de skin care no banheiro (de qualidade). Fora a organização e atenção do host, que nos recebeu e nos ajudou com as malas. Além do mais, o apartamento está no coração da cidade alta, ao lado da principal praça. 1000/10

Beautiful apartment situated off the main traffic free street right in the centre of Bergamo. The owners were the perfect hosts. From free pick up at the airport to all the provisions in the fridge for breakfast the hosts went over and above what we would have expected

There is nothing we didn’t like

The location of the property was perfect and the accommodation was everything and more than we expected. Lots of lovely little touches from water and a fridge full of snacks and breakfast items, toiletries and an immaculately clean apartment. Would highly recommend 👍

The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn't working over the 3 days we were there but this was out of anyone's control The landlord did try to get it reinstated but was unable to. Other than this absolutely no dislikes at all 5* accommodation 👌

This apartment has the perfect situation in the Citta Alta of Bergamo. Right next to the main "strip" with the funiculare at one end, and all main sights just a few steps away. At the same time a bit withdrawn and quiet, and with a comfortable bed there's no problem sleeping at night. The hosts are very welcoming and kind, being picked up at the airport was a very convenient service. There are supplies in the refrigerator, plenty of coffee capsules and some sweets for those who like that. The bathroom is spacious with a good counter to put your stuff on, and a great walk-in shower.

No problem for me, as I am 191 cm, but I noticed that the baskets with containers for soap and shampoo were placed very high up - and would perhaps be a stretch for a shorter person. Same thing with the heart-shaped handle to the cupboard with the extra toilet paper rolls - it might be difficult to reach for some without aid of some kind.

We liked everything, this place is a gem.

A very nice apartment in a perfect localisation, just next to the main square. Cosmetics in the bathroom, the fridge full of food. Wonderful and helpful hosts.
