• The location is excellent — perfect for public transport and sightseeing, and generally quiet during the day. • The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. • The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. • Pre‑arrival communication was clear and sufficient.

• From Monday to Saturday after 11 PM, there is significant noise from people and cars outside, which can disturb sleep. • Cleanliness was below expectations: visible dust in many areas and large stains in the bathtub, with no cleaning supplies available. • The bathroom lighting was too weak for doing makeup. • No pillowcases were provided, and there were no power outlets near the bed. • The TV is extremely outdated, makes crackling noises, and has no modern features. • No proper lighting on the upper level, making it difficult to go downstairs at night. • The entrance door opens only halfway, which makes entering with luggage inconvenient. • The Wi‑Fi password did not seem secure.

Excellent location, perfect for a family as double sofa bed as well as camp bed and double bed. Kitchen area with utensils and tea/coffee. Nice bathroom. Lovely host.

We couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower but as we had a very early flight we didn’t want to wake the host. Other than that there wasn’t anything not to like.
