Communication from the owner was excellent, he made contact just after booking, a couple of days before arrival and then again on the day - gave advice about the area, answered all my questions and messaged me to say he'd left water in the fridge for us as the weather was very hot - most welcome as we arrived very late! Access instructions were very clear - included a video so we knew exactly what we were looking for (invaluable arriving in the dark!). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for one night. It's basic and traditional, there's heating and a freestanding aircon unit, WiFi, hairdryer, functional clean bathroom, a few toiletries. Small kitchenette with tea, coffee, oil, small kettle, microwave, fridge and a hotplate for cooking. If you're staying a while you might want something with better kitchen facilities but it's did us fine for 1 night. Location is about 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. As per some other reviews it's a bit dark as there is just 1 window in the bedroom overlooking a courtyard and a window in the front door on the opposite side but the lighting provided is adequate. Bed was comfortable but could do with better pillows! Great value for money, would stay again when in the area 🙂

Quiet, clean, the owner responds very quickly to any question. There is a hearing machine.

La atención del propietario y la facilidad para recoger las llaves. La situación cerca del tren y del centro de la ciudad baja. Tiene, en principio, todo lo básico que se necesita para una estancia. El aire acondicionado muy bueno

Muy anticuado, falta de decoración. Al entrar parece que has retrocedido 30 años en el tiempo. Con lo que tiene, pintado de otro color y con algún detalle cambiaría totalmente la percepción de la estancia. La cama de medidas muy justas.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, estaba muy limpio , el precio está muy bien , ya que tiene una ubicación estupenda. Alberto te lo pone todo muy fácil, está muy atento.

Demasiado ruido por parte de los vecinos. Hicimos noche allí para coger el avión al día siguiente y nos fuimos sin dormir... Tenían la música muy fuerte y se escuchaba ruido constante que impedía el poder dormir.
