J’ai du relancer deux fois l’agence par téléphone car après avoir réservé et à 1j de l’arrivée je n’avais aucune information pour faire le Check in ou récupérer les clefs … Impossible de rester 2h de plus sans payer un surcoût Manque des éléments clefs : gel douche, sel, torchon… Pas très propre non plus

El apartamento estaba alejado del centro

las camas muy incomodas, colchones muy viejos, no te puedes mover porque se escuchan todos los muelles, mucho dolor de espalda. Instalaciones sucias, el baño muy antiguo apenas con luz y sucio. No se puede colgar ni el telefono de la ducha ya que esta roto, la cortina es de plastico totalmente sucia e insalubre. No dejan ni siquiera una bolsa de basura extra, ni trapos de cocina ni nada. La vivienda no cuenta con wifi. El acceso al apartamento es a partir de las 17:00 horas y lo tienes que dejar a las 10:00 horas de la mañana, no pasas ni 24 horas y si quieres alargar un par de horas tu estancia tienes que pagar un suplemento abusivo
