Super friendly hosts who were accommodating when we wanted a second set of keys. Great apartment above a super cute clothing shop in the old town. You can drive close to the apartment to drop off suitcases but not right up which was not a problem for us. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, groceries. Gorgeous views from the upstairs kitchen/balcony. Really appreciated the washer.

"Bolzano did not disappoint and neither did Stay COOPER!"

The location. The market. The view from the deck. We stayed at an apartment for this part of our trip to wash clothes. When we arrived, the door on the washing machine was broken. The staff did a wonderful job getting it fixed the next day. The jewel in all this was we had shipped a box back to the U.S. from Bolzano and we were having trouble. We called the Stay COOPER staff and they went to the post office for us in Bolzano and took care of things. All this 2 weeks after we had left. They went above and beyond Thank you!

"Great spacious apartment with a good view"

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with large balcony and large kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We arrived late because of late trains and the staff waited for us with the keys and helped us finding the correct door by phone 🙂

We run into some difficulties finding the exact door to the apartment, we arrived in Bolzano in heavy rain and darkness. We would have wanted more hot water for the bathtub and the shower.
