Die Wohnung war absolut ruhig in einer Top-Lage mitten in den Lauben in einem historischen Gebäude. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles (inclusive saubere Pfannen, was sehr selten ist), was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Eine Garage ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg vorhanden. Der Austausch mit Frau Waldmüller war sehr gut.

Heizung konnte nicht selber eingestellt werden, war aber auch nicht notwendig.

Alloggio meraviglioso, in edificio di ispirazione viennese, pulito (come mai visto prima!), nel pieno centro di Bolzano. Siamo stati accolti personalmente dall’host (alle 23 di sera) per mostrarci l’appartamento e lasciarci le chiavi. Una vera coccola la selezione di te e tisane (anche biologiche) che abbiamo trovato all’interno!

Compared to the majority of other apartments within same price range this one is absolutely the best, no doubt about. We have been coming to Bolzano twice a year for the past 5 years and had many apartments, hotels and b&b. Nothing compares to these. Cozy, comfy, fully equipped, pet friendly.

"A szálláshely és a szállásadó is tökéletes volt."

A szállás kiváló helyen van ,a parkoló jól megközelíthető . Kutyával is kiváló szállás , bár a belvárosban van de park is található a közelben. Általában minden üzlet kutyabarát. A 3. emeleten laktunk de könnyen megszokta a kutyus is a liftet, nem okozott problémát. A ház lépcsőházát és a tetőteraszt is érdemes bejárni mert gyönyörű.

Kicsit szemetes a város. Cigaretta csikk stb szétdobálva , elég kaotikusan gyűjtik a kommunális hulladékot a kukák mellé teszik a kis zsákokat . Nagyon vártam az olaszos vendégszeretetet a vendéglátó helyeken (éttermek , üzletek), de csak egy helyen találkoztam vele .
