Friendly owner and good communication. Clean facility, fully equipped (good coffee machine!). Convenient location (but you need a car to get to the city center). Overall, new and very clean.

Front door with glass inserts and a unreachable window (too high) with no curtains don't let you sleep after sunrise. If you're a very early person it could be ok, if you don't want to wake up at 6 AM, this is not your place. In addition having a bar next door is very annoying in the morning, cause people could be loud during their breakfast. The bed is an akward position and there are no bedside tables for you phone or your belongins.

Everything was great!

I had a fantastic stay at this small studio apartment. The space was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s compact, but the layout is efficient and makes the most of the space—perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was stocked with essentials, and the natural light made the apartment feel bright and welcoming.

Everything was perfect

The place was very clean and cosy. Small, but it had everything I needed. The studio was exactly as it was visible in photos. Candies and coffee/tea bags were available for my stay, didn't have to buy any. Girls who own a place were very helpful. I got keys easily, and a little issue with connecting to wi-fi was sorted out quickly.

I didn't expect that the entrance was directly from the street level, next to the hair salon and coffee shop. The feeling was a bit like I was in the very backyard of the building. People sitting and having coffee, right next to the studio, I could hear people talking like they were inside with me. A view from the window is attached. There are nice curtains, and they should be kept closed; if they are open, anyone can see the whole place from outside. Since my stay was short and I wasn't spending a lot of time inside, it didn't bother me, but it was not possible to sleep in long in the morning due to people talking close by. If you do not spend time inside a lot during the day, and if a location suits you, this is a perfect place for a short stay in Zagreb.

Very small apartment. Almost no space for 2 people. If more, even more crazy. Checking-in must be automated and key-getting instructions need to be delivered automatically via booking.com without the need to meet the host. That would be much easier. Its the year 2024. Checkout time is too early. Normal check-out time should be 12.
