Sehr gute Lage. Wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft gibt es ein Parkhaus in dem man 13€/Tag zahlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, versorgt einen mit vielen Hilfreichen imformationen und antwortet sehr schnell. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! :)

El suelo tiembla cuando pasa el tranvía a pesar de ser un cuarto piso. La terraza estaba sucia y no tenía vistas, daba a patio abierto Interior. La persiana rota. No había microondas.

Location in the city. The appearance, and completeness of the apartment. The bed was good.

The vibrating of the building when a tram passes by (every few minutes). We could feel it during the day and at night (says a light sleeper). We used the lift, but we can imagine that people would rather not use it as it is really old, but it's characteristic at the same time. The shower was leaking at multiple places.
