Located close to center, sightseeing spots in the walking distance, this place is perfect for a couple or even 3 people. Very well equipped, lots of cutlery in the kitchen, lots of towels. Sleeping area and bathroom are isolated from dining room area. The owner Marino is very kind and willing to help.

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations, great value for money.

The apt was in a very good location, close to many of the sights but still in a quiet spot. Even the caffe bar was relatively quiet. It had a VERY well outfitted kitchen with many staples provided, a nice touch. Having a washer is always a plus. Owner was very kind to extend my check out due to my late plane departure. From the bus station, it is possible to take Tram 2 or 6 to the vicinity.

Not wild about the rickety handrail.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Washing machine, ample kitchen equipment, comfortable bed. Spacious compared to other places. Clean and well appointed. Great location.

The nearby Cafe can be noisy.

The owner is very fast in replying to questions and very professional. The house has all utensils you need in case you want to cook there. The location is great - close enough to the city center but far enough to be quiet. I did not have problems with the sounds from the bar at night.

The heating worked really well, comfy and clean space :)
