Lo bien ubicado está, en pleno centro de Zagreb. Es amplio aunque no está muy bien aprovechado. Estaba muy limpio. El aparcamiento es muy útil y el personal siempre disponible y amable.

La falta de luz a la zona de comedor/cocina. Hay una luz automática en el pasillo en frente de las habitaciones que se activa sola, molestando a la hora de dormir. El apartamento es viejito pero hace el apaño para visitar la ciudad.
