Nothing, everything was perfect

I liked the central location, the warmth and colours of the room, the providance of personal care staff, the organised equipment provided to the guests, etc.

The low light in the entrance and the yard (in the afternoon/night) could be improved.

The host met me at the apartment around midday which was very convenient. This apartment is in a great location, just around the corner to all the sites, not far to bus stops which can take you to the train station for day trips. Coffee maker provided, most of what you need for a small kitchen. Comfortable bed. Only one flight of stairs to climb. Once you closed all windows and doors it was quiet at night for a good sleep. Really good price.

Pillows were a bit lumpy and flat but I doubled up to make it better. The shower worked well but you had to hold the wand the whole time as there wasn't a holder built in.

The apartment was clean and cozy, and the hosts were very nice. It is located in the very center. I would recommend it.

The location is absolute ideal to have access to Brasov downtown where everything is almost outside the door. Despite that outside noice is negligible. Also most items are available. Also the hosts are charming, no problems with commination. On my next visit I will likely stay again(if available). Thank you very much.
