הכניסה מהרחוב עד דלת הכניסה לדירה, כולל המעברים וחדרי המדרגות מוזנחים מאד ומכוערים. בימים ובלילות חמים לא נעים בדירה כי אין מספיק איוורור ואין מיזוג אוויר
